Jenni Arnold

Founder & AI Trainer

Jenni is Founder of Human Kind Intelligence and a licensed AI Educator who helps business owners use AI without the jargon. She runs practical workshops and one-on-one training built around the work people already do, so her audiences walk out with something they can use that week. Jenni is affiliated with the Florida SBDC, the Gulf Breeze Chamber of Commerce, and AI Builders Pensacola, and is licensed to teach AI through the AI Business Breakthrough Academy in London.

Mickey Clinard

Co-Founder & CTO

Mickey Clinard is co-founder and CTO of Human Kind Intelligence. He holds Google's AI Professional and Project Management certifications and has spent more than 20 years working alongside small business owners. As head of KMaC labs, HKI's build division, Mickey builds custom AI tools, workflow automations, internal apps, and websites that solve real operational problems. His approach is practical: if a tool doesn't earn its place in the day-to-day work, it doesn't ship.

Donna is the primary point of contact for client communication, coordinates events and logistics, and ensures every client feels informed and supported.
